Shipping & Returns

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

We provide free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Most orders require 1 to 2 business days to process. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Ground - Free delivery 3 to 5  business days after order processing. 

ALASKA AND HAWAII SHIPPING

UPS Ground - 2 to 5 days business days after processing. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. Orders to Canada can be expected to arrive within 3 to 5 days after they are shipped and rates will be calculated at checkout. 

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS 

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel your order, email support@firebrandus.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of arrival. If you are returning a Crucible fire pit, you will be responsible for return shipping. Express or Overnight shipping costs will not be refunded on any orders. 

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be unused and in their original condition. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will result in a partial refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
